This is an opportunity to slow down and reconnect together. In this 90-minute private session, you and your partner will be guided through somatic breathwork to support nervous system regulation, deepen connection, and create space for more presence, openness, and understanding.
As your bodies shift from protection into possibility, it becomes easier to communicate, connect, and experience one another from a more grounded, embodied place. Reiki is gently woven into the session to further support relaxation and integration.
