We want you to feel good about what you buy from Ritual Breathwork Studio. Here is how refunds and cancellations work.
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session for a full credit or refund. Inside that window, or if you do not show up, the session is charged in full, because the time was held for you. If we have to cancel, you get a full refund or a new time, your choice.
Ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the program is not right for you and you have not completed more than a quarter of it. Memberships can be cancelled any time and stop renewing at the end of the current period.
Return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; return shipping is your cost unless the item arrived damaged or wrong, in which case we make it right at no charge.
Tickets are refundable up to 24 hours before the start unless the event page says otherwise. If we cancel an event, you receive a full refund.
